The design is good. I think you should switch sizes for the "Torino" and the year to give it more of an impact. And the rings seems a little thick, make sure there is no stroke on it.
This is very elegant, I like it a lot. I can't wait to see how you use it. I agree with Ferko on the rings. Also you might want to bring the word Torino down just a little bit. Over all I like it a lot.

I agree with Jenn, black text may work better. Currently the logo looks great though, the font is nice and works well with the logo. But switching it around and making "TORINO" larger than the year may look better.
I like the curvy lines you used to represent the building, but the background is taking away the lively colors from the logo mark. Are you planning to include the background color as part of the logo?
I was because I was inspired by something I saw in a design and because the white in the logo comes out, but I may do without the background. But I thought it looked better with the white text against the background, but I will take all your suggestions into mind and use them for the logo.
The idea is very interesting, but I would say that the background would not do. You have a very creative, and great design to have it almost hidden with that gray background. I think that with a white background the image would stand out more!
I'm not sure aboout the grey... the other colors work so nice together that I think the grey kills it... I love the movement in this logo and I think you might want to consider making the name of the city a little bigger maybe even bigger than the numbers... I would of also like your other designs but it's nice that you already chose this is unique
your logo looks very elegant but i dunno about the colors of it... maybe u could try putting some from the ring... i also wouldnt put a grey box behind it... and i would leave the type in the bottom not to the side..... u can do a lot with this design.. and btw. i would make the rings their appropriate colors

layout: torino is too small in comparison to the year and rings. work on this relationship. can we see it not on the gray bg and with the type in a color. it feels overall too tall. a remedy might be to make the type larger overall.
