I love Italy. All of your designs seem a little too busy, I cannot seem to stay on one part of the design. The upside down leaf torch seems like it might be a good one, but I think you might want to flip it around to go the other way because otherwise - just looking at it, makes me think of a plunger (sorry, I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just letting you know what comes to my mind)
Numbers 5, 6 and 7 are my favorites. They have a lot of potential to turn into really nice designs. You might want to to think about incorporating some reference to food, wine or grapes too.
I'm really liking 7 but for right now it looks kind of....too much? I'd say to try and simplify some of the flames by combining them just so it doesn't look like it has too much going on.
I think you should work on number 6. It has a strong sense of movement. I suggest that you should make it abstract to emphasize this movement. I also think you should experiment with serf fonts like Trajan pro.

ReplyDeleteYou're going in a great direction with your thumbnails, they're all pretty good. I like number 7 the best, it's a great stylized image.
